Starters

Winter warming broth and fresh baked bread

Deep fried Calamari on a bed of mixed leaves and chilli and garlic mayonnaise dip

Succulent prawns nestled on a bed of lettuce with a light seafood sauce

Feathers of melon with winter berries and cooling sorbet

Thai spiced fishcakes with a lemon and dill cream

Baby mushrooms and lardons of bacon pan fried in garlic butter thickened with fresh cream and topped with a cheese crust

Main Courses

Roast turkey breast with seasonal accompaniments of bacon, olives, cranberry sauce and chestnut stuffing

Lean pork loins pan fried and served with caramalised apples and a calvados cream

Wild mushroom stroganoff served with a timble of savory rice

Seasoned fillet of salmon crowned with sauce hollandaise and topped with prawns

Oven baked vegetable nut roast with apricot and goats cheese, accompanied by tomato compote

Classical steak Au poirre or just plain and simple with traditional garnish

Panfried chicken breast glazed with a rich soft peppercorn mushroom and red wine sauce
