Starters

Winter Warming Broth and fresh baked bread

Feathers of Melon with winter berries and cooling sorbet

Baby Mushrooms and lardons of bacon pan fried in garlic butter thickened with fresh cream and topped with a cheese crust

Succulent Prawns nestling on a bed of lettuce with a light seafood sauce

Smooth Pate, oatcakes and red onion chutney

Grilled Haloumi with Beef tomato on a bed mixed salad leaves drizzled with a lime and Tarragon dressing

Main Course

Roast Turkey Breast with seasonal accompaniments of bacon olive, cranberry sauce and chestnut stuffing

Roast Lamb with roasted shallots and port and redcurrant jus

Lean pork loins pan fried and served with caramelised apples and calvados cream

Wild Mushroom stroganoff served with a timbale of savoury rice

Seasonal fillet of Salmon crowned with sauce hollandaise and topped with prawns

Pan fried chicken breast glazed with a rich soft peppercorn mushroom and red wine sauce

Served with a medley of Garden vegetables and potatoes
